I want to ask you about my sister
She is short temper and she dont know how to talk with people. Tell me how can we lmprove her.
Hi Akshay, one of my friends, Debraj, had the same problem & I took him to Swarani Bhattacharjee of Divine Foundation at New Alipore, Kolkata. Over there, Madam had a detailed counselling session with him first & had 12 training sessions of Personality Development & Grooming. He is much better now with her natural therapies & counselling with training sessions. Even I have taken 24-weekend classes of Communicative English with Personality Development & I am much updated & changed in my communication & behavioural attitude with others. You can also make your sister to Divine at New Alipore, Kolkata for magic remedies.

You have to be more specific. Her age? Is she short-tempered without reason? Is there wrong on her part? Does she become violent and use bad words? Does she feel the love from people around her? Is she ignored often? Reasons and factors can be many. You cant conclude or take advice after giving a one-line description.

You did not mention whether your sister's short temperness is only whild talking to people or observed in daily life style. If it is something while talking others, it is necessary for her to educate her on socialization and various things releated to social norms and behaviours.

read lessDear Akshay,
People get angry in following cases:
1. Things are not happening as they want
2. They perceive a potential loss or danger to something very precious to them.
3. When people's ego is hurt.
4. When people are not at peace with their current circumstances.
So no amount of explaining will solve the problem. Unless your sister realizes how much harm this anger is doing to her & people she love and unless she learns how to keep her mind calm and peaceful, it will be difficult for her to control her anger.
Let her learn meditation or let her get mentored by some peson who can understand her, develop a rapport with her and knows how to get her understand herself and guide her to be at peace with life and circumstances. If you want, i can have a talk with her online and decide the best course of action.

It's absolutely normal for some people to draw attention by getting angry. Would recommend that she should undergo a behavioral training program that would develop her personality overall by identifying her strengths and helping her overcome her development areas. ACE Personality Development conducts classes online and at our centre as well. For more details on the method of training, success factors please contact us.
Thanks,

Do an activity
Take a plastic bottle... fill it with water... and put the cap. Make a small hole in the cap from where water droplets. Place the bottle at 90 degree position on a table so that water droplets starts comming out slowly and ask her to lie down underneath in such a position so that the drops fall exactly on the centre of her forhead between the eybrows... ask her to be paitient and bear those falling droplets.... as that is the most irritating thing... slowly minute by minute her irritation level starts decreasing... and this will control her short tempereness at the back of her mind.

Misunderstanding often leads to lossing temper. Communication is an art which evolves with exposure. Every individual is a diffrent person and same set of taling or communication cannot fit with every person.
