There are three basic aspects to a person which form the platforms for developing his/her "inner" core. These are known since time immemorial and consist of three abilities which each one one of us possesses namely: "Mansa", "Vachha", "Karmana". We think, we speak, we act. Inside all of us some parts are open and clearly defined, some we try and hide since we are not comfortable sharing and there are some portions of which we are ourselves unaware of but which may hold all our potential to become a great personality. When these three get demonstrated in our day to day activities, we get a realization as to which slab out of these are we strong/needs improvement(since I personally believe that all of us are equally good & intelligent- we differ in levels due to our ignoring the grey shades in us and only looking for what comforts us). The day we reduce our "greys" and increase our awareness about our own self, the hidden quality will start blooming and will become a strength. Once we identify as to where we need to put pressure, our true self will start emerging. When we talk of developing our personality by improving our dress sense, our communication skills, our 3 C's etc. etc. these are the stepping stones which become visible only once we go through the former stages of self-identifying our levels and putting the catalyst where required. It is a proven fact that these have to come from deep within- no external attitudinal change can take you a long way since this would be temporary. It has to come from the "self" to be a "change". You have to be your own catalyst-introspect into your Mansa, Vachha & Karmana. As they say, kill the elephant first i.e., the biggest barrier to your self development. All other rides will become fun. Remember, Life is a one way street: you can only look back- Not go back. So, it is never too late to improve your "SELF". You will shine through all strifes and sail through all ordeals in Life displaying a Super Personality in other words a Super "You". read less
