Anger Management plays a vital role in personality development. Every human being has to control anger. controlling anger is part of controlling emotions and the reactions of emotional brain. Any human being who is working on self will first work on anger management. Including the great saint Vishwamitra could not control his anger and has lost powers many times just because of angry and later realised which is of no use.
If we hold anger towards any one and would like to take revenge is same as holding a burning peice of charcoal and ready to throw at the other person and waitng for right moment to throw but not realising the fact that it is burning the hand and ultimately the body which is holding it. At the same time being emotional and angry at others will make a person to lose his senses and the actions and words used as a result are out of his control and would create lot of issues which we realise later and repent which is of no use.
So always just giving a proper thought about why we are angry and some times reasons are very silly and majority of times its just to satisfy our ego we hold onto anger. so we have to replace ego with forgiveness will help us a lot rather than the other person.

Everyone does mistake so forgiving and them and trying to understand their situation and them clearly would clear lot of misunderstandings. Also improves the relations and ultimately we could control our emotions and anger. Successful people have mastered anger managment else it will become a blockage for their success.
