We all know that eating a salad can become very boring on a daily basis. Hence, a lot of us tend to spice it up by using various seasonings and sauces.
However, in order to get the maximum utilisation of the low calorie content of the salad, it is recommended that you use dry spices and seasonings over wet sauces. The wet sauces are high in calorie content, and many of them contain Sugar too (remember its the sugar that makes you fat, not the fat content)!! Hence, always stick to dry seasoning when spicing up your salad bowl, save those extra calories, and who knows, it may create room for your favourite ice cream to end the day!
