I believe in teaching concepts, giving logics as to what is how and why. I make my students learn concepts at first place followed by practice. Talking about my last experience,I never scolded my student nor did he give me any chance to do so. Syllabus was completed before time and practice was more than enough. I maintain friendly relation with an tint of strictness in it. It helps me know there doubts more accurately and eventually have a positive effect on their results.
