Wear the shoes, light wight stretchable pant shirt is needed. Preferably open space or spacious place needed. Don't wear heavy accessories. Keep a water bottle with you. Adults can have dumbles if they have for higher intensity, those who have done workout with dumbles they can only keep doumbles during excercise.
Kids can wear shoes and stretchable comfortable pant and shirt. Kids can reduce stress after the workout.
