If you wish get fit and healthy take Yoga from the comfort of your home in my virtual classes . In 1 Hr of class per day (mon to Fri) I include Warm up, kriya , Surya namaskar , asanas and Pranayama from beginner to intermediate and some of the advanced asanas... Variations of the asanas will also be showed depending on the students performance.
once in a week power yoga class will also be conducted which include Pilates and drills preparing for advanced asana practices.I also include Vinyasa flow in the Astanga yoga with proper breathing techniques.Some of the days chakra meditation also will be held.
