I am currently a Freelancer Yoga Therapist and Assistant Professor at DIHS, Darshan University, with a rich background in yoga practice, teaching, and research since 2009.

My yoga journey has been shaped by certifications from prestigious institutions like Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Vedanta Forest Academy (Shivananda Ashram), and Darshan University. I hold a Master's in Yoga from Darshan University and am also NET qualified.

With expertise in Yoga Therapy, I specialize in alignment-based asanas that enhance the synergy between the energetic and physical bodies, promoting healing and well-being. My approach integrates deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, enabling me to design therapeutic practices for individuals with physical limitations.

Previously, I served as Incharge of Life Yoga Academy and Assistant Manager at Life Health and Wellness Centre, Project 'Life,' Rajkot. At Life Yoga Academy, I led a 200-hour CCY course affiliated with Kaivalyadhama, delivering lectures on yogic sciences and sacred texts. My ability to simplify and present traditional Vedanta and yoga concepts has helped many achieve holistic health and balance.

In addition to teaching, I am passionate about yoga research and was honored with the Best Scientific Research Paper Award at the Yoga Conference at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala. My work focuses on blending traditional yogic wisdom with scientific validation to advance the field of yoga therapy.

As a Yoga Therapist and educator, I strive to empower individuals by fostering harmony between mind, body, and spirit, helping them lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
