My classes will be based on the Vinayasa flow style of yoga which is considered as an active form of yoga. It involves a a series of poses that flow into each other, synchronizing each and every movement of our body with our breathing pattern.
My Classes will be including:
- Back Bending Asanas
- Surya Namaskaras
- Forward Bending Asanas
- Pranayama
- Core Related Exercises/ Asanas
- Asanas to strengthen your Hamstrings
- Meditation
- Arms Strengthening Asanas
- Asanas to improve your balance
It will help in overall development, improving flexibility, reducing fat, muscle toning, improving balance and mental peace.
We will also meditate for 10 to 15 minutes in every class.
The classes are intended for teenagers, people in there 20s,30s, 40s, and even 50s.
The Asanas will be of beginner and intermediate level, and going forward we may even work on a couple of advance asanas depending upon the progress made.
Pre-requisites for the class:
- A Yoga Mat
- A Hand Towel
- A Water Bottle
