Yoga which means Union, the class is about the connection which one should have with the Body & Mind.
the deeper connection of the one with one body, mind & soul is by the practice of various techniques of Yoga like Asanas, Pranyama & Meditation.
Session Comprises of :-
* Yogic Sukshama Vyama
* Yogic Asanas
* Yogic Pranayama
* Meditation
I will make sure that everyone who connects in the class can do whatever i Teach properly also with the knowledge of every practice with the reference of Traditional Text Books.
Yoga is not a practice only for Body it is a lifestyle which one should have to adapt or change the changes of Life.
Students are required to
carry their Yoga Mat & Take a 2-3 hour gap in meal.
Anyone who has queries we can discuss after the sessions as well.
Class is for all age groups including Adults as well as Kids.
