Welcome to the monthly course in yoga. I will take five days of classes a week. Thursday and Sunday will be off. The duration of the class will be one hour. I will teach Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga. So basically the course will focus on hatha yoga in the beginning. After a few months, you will be able to learn Vinyasa flow. So talking hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga which is given by Lord Shiva. So in hath yoga, we will cover cleansing techniques, asanas, pranayama and meditation. Here you will get the right technique for doing asana, pranayama and meditation. So in a one-hour session, we will do meditation, body warm up, sun salutation and asanas series. We will also work on body parts strengthening and stretching. You need a yoga mat and distraction-free space to attend the class.
