1) The course include a balance of asanas, pranayamas and relaxation techniques
2) The course is suitable for absolute beginners to intermediate students
3) The objective of this course is to bring consistency and stability in each one’s practice; thereby promoting great mental and physical health in the long run
4) Whether your goal is to stay fit & healthy, to tone your body, to improve your flexibility, strength and stamina, or to relax your mind – these classes balance it all
5) The classes are conducted thrice a week. A minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 students may be enrolled per batch which ensures individual attention towards every student by me. A close monitoring of everyday progress will be undertaken
