In class, we begin with some breathing exercises and basic body warm and strecthes. After that, a mix blend of vinyasa, hatha and ashtanga flow. Ending the session with yin yoga and cool down asanas with corpse pose.
Each sequence is designed for body tonning, flexibility and strengthening. An proper instructions related to fuller alignment of body posture to extract the benefit of asana will be provided.
Moreover, there will be concerning session to specific body part or body ailment if any.
