(In which m gona teach you how to do asana with right alignment and posture with asana benefits like which asana gives you flexibility, which one makes your core strengthen, which asana is for better focus and concentration, which asana is for relaxation, which breathing exercise is good for your body type and which one is most effective)
On monday- full body strech
A little warm , light streching and 2-3 asana for full body strech
On Tuesday- flow yoga
A little warm up, little yog cardio, surya namaskar with relaxation asana
On Wednesday - core and flexibility
A little warm up, light streching for back and hand, asana for core and flexibility
On thusday - balancing
a little warm up, leg streching and asana for balancing and focus
On Friday - strengthen your muscles
A little warm up, full body strech and asana for strengthening your muscles
On Saturday (only one) - breathing techniques
A little warm up, surya namaskar, some pranayam
