In this course we will learn and practice Yoga and mind fullness to stress reduction, mental and emotional well being , improve posture, weight loss, increase flexibility, strengthen joints and enhance Beauty. I have specifically designed this course for adults and senior citizens and pregnant women and new Mommy. we will have 1:1 sessions as per your convenience and requirements. you can attend sessions online or as per your request I am available at home sessions too. every session will be 60 minutes, we will practice power yoga and meditation. you should have yoga mat and yoga belt for better results. with yoga I will provide diet plan as per your need and request. Yoga gives mental stability, improves physical strength, detoxifies the body, helps in weight loss, improves blood circulation, helps in increasing immunity and energy of one's body, builds flexibility, strength and confidence.
