Things to do before joining :
Either switchoff your phones or put them on silent mode.
Have meal an hour before the class.
Drink little amount of water after meal and in between the session.
Be prepared to get relaxed ,your clothes should be comfortable ,palms and foot must be washed and lights should be dim or off as per convinience.
For massaging your palm keep moisturiser ,oil or hand cream .
