The class focuses on reducing stress through Movements and Pranayama. Every Sat and Sun 8 am IST. It aims to improve brain health and reduce anxiety and hypertension. The class is suitable for people who are eager to learn and not simply follow instructions. There will be one class on pranayama and meditation and other on Asanas and movements, which will include- building strength, stability and endurance.
The aim of this course is to create enlightened ambassadors of the ancient science of Yoga, endowed with the competence and vision to build a healthier and more sustainable world.
This course is meticulously designed to address the theoretical aspects such as Introduction to Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Anatomy and Physiology, Basics of Patanjal Yoga Sutra and Hatha Yoga etc.
And the practical training would encompass Asanas & Pranayama, Mantra chanting, Teaching methodology etc.
Special workshops on Strength & Conditioning, Human Psychology and Ayurveda will also be organised to provide a holistic touch to the trainees.
