A full body routine which will let you burn lots of calories and help you losing weight and getting fit.
This session will be beginner friendly and anyone with any sort of medical history or past injuries can let the trainer know about it and workout.
What you can expect from this session ?
*Posture Correction *Live interactive session (you are allowed to stop and let the trainer know if you are feeling any sort of discomfort during the session) *Movement will be thoroughly demonstrated by the trainer before making you do it *A short brief will be given on that particular moment on how it's going to work and what muscle groups are involved into the moment.
