According to above mention areas with complete body stretching to reduce body pain and lactic acid in your body.

Class will be for one to one or partner joining.

Class will be available free time on weekends and non working hours. 

Will discuss about your health condition and nutrition also.

Class is online or offline need to book slot if any case you lost slot will be available next weak slot.

Class will be offer under 10kms from my current location and more than will be charge.
