I m Sonali Gokhale a 52 yr old passionate Yog instructor who is v fond of teaching 40 plus women who undergoes psychological & physiological changes in her life after crossing 40. At this stage it is v important to focus & work on the muscle strengthening and fitness be it mental or physical. I myself has slip disc, & sciatica earlier but you will never notice I had as I have been doing Yog consistently since 7 years . Dear students, by joining my yog you will gradually start feeling energized, strong n full of vitality. The common problems like knee pain, thyroid problem , tiredness gets sorted out .
My course is of one hour whose break up is as follows: 10 mins of warm up sessions,40 mins of asanas & 10 mins of pranayam & meditation. Each session stands different from the previous ones. Each day each experience is unique .
