Regular Yoga is designed to suit age groups 15-55yrs.
The class aims at general fitness, strength and improved health and energy levels on a daily basis. Regular practice has shown significant improvements in digestion, metabolism, beating lethargy and other lifestyle induced issues.

Below is the general breakup of a typical 1hr of class –
- Warm ups with or without breathing techniques
- Postures are a mix-n-match of Ashtanga, Restorative, Yin-Yang yoga
- Meditation and Relaxation
You’ll need a yoga mat, props (if required). Wear comfortable loose fitting and light cotton clothes.
Sips of water is permitted, however, protein drinks, juices, milk shakes and such are NOT permitted during the class.
Have your meal/food at least 2 hrs prior to attending the class.
Give 15mins gap after class before hitting bath or having food.
