2. What are different exercises for different physical components like Flexibility , agility, endurance,body composition, cardiovascular endurance, reaction time, and Balance .An individual source of happiness with the help of physical fitness.
3. Students will learn systematic and structure form attaining physical fitness by approaching proper strategies,techniques , specific goals , develop skills and improve performance in physical fitness.
4. Students will also attaine self confidence, healthy habits, neuro muscular coordination , moral development intellectual development, employability skills , and self esteem by learning about physical and health related components.
5. Carry a positive motivation, attitude and full attention towards the course so that they can attain the best outcome. Also carry a notebook and pen to pen down the important points.
