This class is for anyone looking to get stronger and loss body fat in a sustainalble manner . I aim to improve the strength , endurance , flexibility , body fat percentage and stamina of any intrested person .
In the first few sessions we will look to teach the student proper form and technique. Its is important , we safely and sustainably become better over time .
Consutation on proper diet and effective ways to get stronger will be discussed and any quires that the student may have will be looked into .
I do not promise instant results but rather results for the days to come . Overall improvement in all areas of health and fitness.
Special focus will be given to teach students excersis such as squat , deadlift , benchpress and increses the poundages in given time . Also basic Power lifting movements like Clean and jerk will also be taught if and when the student request for them .
