Anybody can join this course, who seeks to stay fit or lose weight or strungthing muscles after surgery or correct your posture.
Course details,
1. Class about basic fitness.
2. Anaerobic / Strength training class.
3. Aerobic / Cardiovascular exercise class.
4. Fat lose program.
5. Weight again program.
6. Sports nutrition class.
7. Post surgery muscle strungthing program.
Any students can join this course from their preferred location. And can do all work outs with the available items from your home.
I will prepare a proper training program and train you according to your goal and time frame.
Duration of each class wil be about 1hour per day and the students can choose any particular time as per their choice.
The students has to arrange gym dress, towels, yoga mat, drinking water, required items and small equipments for the particular work out
The students has to arrange a nice work out area themselves in their location as per the work out program.
