I will teach u stability & mobility with how u can increase ur lifting capacity as well as u will taught correct positions & posture so u never ever hurt ur body while having hard end workouts. ACSM guidelines are to be followed while having Strength & Conditioning. I m also a dietitian in Goldsgym so i will be looking after ur diets n supplements, also if u r going for any beta blockers (heart patients) or bronchodilators (for asthma patients).You will learn how to balance ur body while having different stances and then i will teach you to maintain ur core. If u r medically injured or having any health risk issues we will work on that thing so that u can achieve ur goal relevantly. As, u will be taken care of all types of injuries by my side and we will learn how not to have injuries while having any type of workout, we will go 4-5 sessions per week which will give time for recovery.
