This class encapsulates a Physical Training session for a client who is willing for a fitter self. The class will be 3/4/5 days a week session for minimum 3 months in which my plan will be as follows:-
1. Fitness assessment of each individual.
2. Introduction to Fitness. This session will educate client in understanding difference/similarity between Fitness and Health and our perception of Fitness.
3. Introduction to Exercises, Equipment, Form and Injuries.
4. Introduction to warm up and cool down.
5. Weekly Fitness coaching.
6. Nutrition guidance and Introduction to calories.
7. Introduction to Good calorie and Bad calorie.
8. Personalised plan of exercise and nutrition based on client assessment.
9. Daily follow up with progress.
10. Weekly progress assessment and plan tweak depending upon the physiology.
11. Anytime consultation for querry.
The classes will be designed based on the fitness level, health assessment and capability of the client to perform an exercise. These classes can be attended by any one be it Beginner, intermediate or Expert. The level of Exercises will be beneficial for every one. Come , let us achieve a Fit India together.
