This class is designed specifically for students who has pain in thier back, arms, legs or shoulder but still loves to love thier body and stayfit.
In this class, our adorable seniors will build strength, confidence and ability to stay fit and continue to live with no pain.
There will be exercises that does not harm your pain areas.
You will gain self confidence and you will stay positive and happy .
In the class, we will togetherly focus on chair yoga, stretching, balancing.
We will also focus on reducing your belly based on your ability to cope with very light and easy techniques.
We will meditate together for mind relaxation.
Very light weight lifting will be added only for students who may be able to do so.
This course is also for students with spine issues, back pain, shoulder pain.
We will also focus on body posture in this course.
