This class is for everyone as yoga is beneficial for all humanbeing. In this class students are going to learn yoga exercises, different yoga styles, yoga therapy, breathing exercises, stretching, bhakti yoga, mantra chanting,meditation, diet and overall wellbeing. In this class the student should have their mat with them. The class is going to held online so they can do the class with the comfort from their home. The class will happen 3 days a week which are on monday, wednesday and friday for 1 month. So in 1 month you will get total 12 class. The class timing will be morning 7am to 8am. You will be charged 700 rupees for 1 month. After 1 month you can again start this class with the same amount. By doing this class you will feel energetic, flexible, strong and stress relief in body and mind both. The course is designed in such a way so that every person can perform the exercises irrespective of their age, flexibility, limitations and experience.
