I have been giving home yoga classes since 2017. You can also see my reviews. There will be no prerecorded seesion. All sessions will be live and interactive.
The course includes
15 Basic yoga Asans
10 Advance Yoga Asan
10 Min basic Power yoga flow
5 Pranayam
Duration: 3 session of 1 hour each every week (Total 12 sessions a month)
Time - Three batches available
Batch 1: 7 Am to 8 Am
Batch 2: 8 Am to 9 Am
Batch 3: 11:Am to 12 PM
You can take one on one classes or a group class as well.
