This is a 7 day program where I guide you through small meditations and exercises that help you:
1. Increase your attention span, focus and presence of mind.
2. It improves your productivity and overall happiness in life.
3. Helps you deal with daily stress.
4. Learn to navigate your feelings and emotions and make rational decisions in times of chaos.
5. Completely upgrade your mindset for a healthy, happy life.
What you NEED: You will need only need a chocolate(or almond or anything) in the first session and a diary. You don't need to be spiritual or a meditator. You only should be willing to commit to becoming better.
Who Can attend: Anyone who wants to see growth and progress in their life. Age 12+ years.
It will be a 4/6 students batch where I not just give you instructions to do something. I will actually do these little exercises with you. You will have an accountablity partner. I will make sure you get the maximum benefit of the course.
