This program is for those who wants to have a healthy weight loss. A healthy weight loss is a gradual process which doesn't disturb your routine. Yoga can give you a holistic approach to lose the weight gradually by involving one's physical, mental and social well being.
This program teaches you how to combine your body movements with your breathe. That helps you to gain healthy physic and a calm mind. By the end of the program, you gain flexibility, strength, stamina and a steady mind.
This program includes 17 asana practices (7 standing, 4 sitting, 4 on knees and 4 on lying) and 3 pranayama techniques. Certain diet plan will be given to enhance the digestion and boost up the weight loss.
Duration of the course is 15 hours. 1 hour a day.
Capsule yoga will be given at the end of the programm for your relugar practice.
You must wear a comfortable dress and have a yoga mat during the session.
