Little brief about me,
I am Namrata. I'm a K 11 cetified personal fitness trainer. I have specialization in fat loss, muscle gain, body toning, nutrition and diet counseling. I have been training people and giving them amazing results since 4.5 years.
I have made a short workout video which we can do together. This class is good for those people who can not make time for gym or yoga or any other activity. You can do this workout at home without equipments and with your own comfort time. Anyone can perform This workout. It is beginner friendly workout.
In this video will cover full body workout in 20 min. If you find it difficulty in breaking take 5 second extra break after every set. But make sure you are completing the whole set of this for better result.
