Hatha Yoga - classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced (90 min)
Yoga is good for body, mind and soul ... for your health !
We want to encourage you to practice every day. No pain - no gain ;) But always respect the limits of your body. Slowly, step by step, you will progress and get flexible!
All classes start with
- Yoga warm-up
- Pranayama (Kapalabhati, Anulom Vilom)
- Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation)
The asanas will be chosen according to the level of the class. In the beginners class you will learn the basic poses, for example
- Sarvangasana (shoulder stand)
- Halasana (plough pose)
- Navasana (boat pose)
- Paschimottanasana (sitting forward bend)
- Bhujangasana (cobra pose)
- Dhanurasana (bow pose)
- Kakasana (crow pose)
- Vrikshasana (tree pose)
- Sirsasana (head stand)
- and many more
You can book single classes for 400rs or go for a course:
- 16 days for 5.600rs (i.e. two classes are for free)
