Hatha Yoga Level 1
It is a basic yoga asana class to get a flexible body, and improvise breathe.
Any one who are 8 years old or above can join the course.
There will be very simple asanas and basic nadi sudhi.
Once you are flexible enough doing these asanas, you are eligible for higher practices.
Sivananda yoga tradition is followed.
Class will be designed like this-
5 mins prayer
10 mins lecture on yoga topics
15 mins demonstration of the asana so that you can understand the procedure of the asana
20 mins practice
5 mins interaction
5 mins shanti mantra.
Instructions for students
Must be punctual to class
Wear adecent and comfortable dress
Have a bottle of water
Have a yoga mat
Surrounding must be calm
Only the student must attend the class.
Always have a note book and a pen.
