This course aspires to interactively teach aspirants with no or little experience in Yog studies. This course will help
1. Decide if the 'Yog' form of physical activity is best suited for them.
2. If aspirants are interested, which form of 'Yog' should they adopt and why? This could be a lifestyle adaptation or further studies.
3. This course will also help build basic flexibility. Please do not expect magical aasana's in this. The body first needs to be strong enough to perform the advanced magical aasanas.
4. This course will aim to relieve general pain and rigidity.
5. It will also allow custom queries on each aasan to understand what to avoid and what to continue building on.
The course syllabus is a well-balanced mix of warm-up and basic sitting, standing, and lying-down postures.
The syllabus will be shared in detail in the first session. Each 1 hour session will have a questions section in the end
