These classes are for beginners only -
- We will focus on improving balancing ability and stamina mainly
- The movements will be with or without weight
- You will learn the form & technique of different exercises
- We will aim to make fitness a part of your life
Join the class only if -
- You are a beginner, your heart rate stays 80+ when at rest
- You have taken a break, now want to start slow
- You are a senior and willing to have low-intensity activities
I provide only online classes, please ensure -
- You are wearing shoes in the class
- You must keep a towel and a water bottle beside you
- If possible do workout at a well-ventilated place
Setting up a mindset is extremely important before you pick up a new goal, I expect that you picked the goal of getting fit for the sake of your health, not for the society. See you on the floor!
