This class is for people looking to loose weight, develop core strength and gain muscles through strength training. Apart from these, flexibility of students will also be worked upon. Sessions mix of HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training, will be held. 5 days a week or 6 days a week class can be held. Morning 6 till 11, afternoon 12 till 5, evening 5 till 8 classes are held.
Diet control will be suggested, diet chart will be prepared. Fortnight progress will be monitored. Equipments to be purchased will be asked in prior. Equipments needed can varry from running shoes, resistance bands, kettlebell, dumbles, barbells, stepper, etc. Easy workout from home. Gym assitance is also provided. Online classes will be taken. In days of holidays, Saturday/ Sunday classes can be held. Monthly, quartely, yearly courses are offerred. 1 hour session for every class.
