Course Outline:
1. Introduction (5 minutes)
- Explain the importance of inner reflection and its benefits.
2. Posture (5 minutes)
- In the first two classes, we will focus on proper meditation posture.
- I will guide you through the correct way to sit and align your body for optimal meditation.
3. Entering the Meditative Trance (20 minutes)
- The core of the class will be spent on guiding you into the meditative trance.
- I will lead you through various techniques to develop mindfulness and concentration.
4. Recurring Practice (Ongoing)
- After the initial classes, you are encouraged to practice regularly on your own.
- Find time each day to engage in meditation to deepen your understanding and experience.
5. Q&A and Sharing (5 minutes)
- In the last five minutes of each class, we'll open the floor for questions, discussions, and sharing.
- This time is for clarifications, reflections, and any insights you may have encountered during the practice.
