Note-In these course you will get to know that what are the essential steps for fat loss,what kind of stuffs you need to customise in your daily life to make your fat loss journey faster and easier.The training session is of 1 hr apart from that you're having 1 time nutrition consultancy in the beginning of the classes which will help you to better understand that what is correct form of nutrition.The training sessions should be scheduled on alternate days i.e.,3-4 times a week.
