In this class, I teach a blend of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, tailored to suit practitioners of all levels—from beginners exploring their first steps to advanced students refining their practice. My sessions cater to men and women aged 14 to 60+, ensuring that yoga is accessible and beneficial to all. I also specialize in yoga therapy, addressing specific physical or mental health needs, and offer engaging, age-appropriate yoga sessions for kids.
Each class is thoughtfully structured to include postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, fostering not only physical flexibility and strength but also mental clarity and emotional resilience.
