Your everyday fitness sessions. Include workouts everyday in your routine. Includes strength training, pilates, cardio, yoga, breathing exercises.
Monday- lower body
Tuesday - cardio
Wednesday - abs & core
Thursday- yoga
Friday - upper body
No equipments required. Just a mat, and you are good to go. All the sessions include warm up, exercises, stretching & cooldown.
Free diet advices are given on request.
There are 4 sessions everyday.
Morning- 7:00 am to 8:00 am
Midday- 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Evening -5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Late evening -7:45 pm to 8:45 pm
You can attend any sessions even if you miss the chosen.
The sessions are conducted in English.
Group sessions have no more than 10 people. So you get enough attention and also regular posture correction.
Make sure you don't have any knee pain, recent surgeries or any relevant health history.
- This session will increase your strength, lean muscle mass, reduce the extra fat, increases flexibility and reduces extra weight.
You don't have to be perfect, you just have to be consistent!
