Hello, I'm glad to share you my knowledge regarding yoga and help you in all possible ways through this medium, yoga itself means the union of body and mind and the state of equilibrium of all the emotions and feelings which we usually struggle a lot to achieve. However, our ancestors had prepared the solution for this issue ages ago and their are many ways to achieve that state of equilibrium through the practice of yogaasnas, pranayama, mudra, Banda and other kriyas. So, here being a yoga professional I'm offering you all my knowledge which I've acquired till now through my yoga classes which includes daily yoga practice (Monday - Friday) 6:30-7:30pm;
