This is chanu Jain certified yoga instructor this yoga summer class is a special class for 1 month. Yoga is a spiritual discipline that brings harmony between mind and body. Yoga helps you to know yourself love yourself because the most important person in your life is you yourself. In this class some lit and heavy exercises will be given together with some asanas (with some variations)then four types of namaskars (one day one type or the combination)then breathing exercises together with some therapies (general n day today required)n face yoga, eye exercises, mudras as it is the most effective process, laughing therapy and at last 9 types of meditation (1 day 1 type) and along with all these some kriyas and shankhaprakshalana (intestinal cleansing process)is also included.5 days classes will be conducted in a week which means 20 class in a month.
This class is for general fitness, thyroid, pcod, diabetes, weight loss or gain, back pain, migraine, or any such types of problems facing people. I will help you in the best way I can.
