We will start with small body warm up and will do some stretching exercises. Here we will prepare our body for further training, 

In this short time we are preparing our body for further intense workouts. Which could be based on body weight exercises. And some additional help from our mix martail arts training . Where we will normally test our fitness level.  And will get to know the exact area of improment. 

 If you have joined for the body weight management  then I will say you have to give your at least 4 to 6 months.  

For boxing need to give minimum 6 to 8 months.

 For  other martial arts need to give at least 1 year.

  1.  If its long time then you need to work on overall body weight and need to train your arms and legs together.
  2.  If I talk about the GYM then I will say body weight workout is one of the best to keep your body fit and healthy.
