Class is of 45 min. Per day. Morning and evening batches are avaible and personal training is also available. We focus on different parts of body per day like back ,belly, thighs ,legs and etc. We do yoga on every Saturday to relax the mind and some meditation and breathing exercises also we do. Exercise helps you to stay fit and healthy. Will give some diet suggestions also which helps you to reduce your weights and help you to achieve your fitness goal. With the help of aerobics you get good strength and helps to become more active. Yoga involves some posture exercises includes tree pose ,warrior pose , traingle pose etc. And breathing exercises helps to relax and calm our mind.
