I have seen few people switching there carrier from Non IT to IT field or sometimes like if you have Carrier Gap after your Master's or Bachelor's.
What you can do is like continue to your current Job whatever you are doing and Make time to join some classes (offline) for carrier oriented training platform like Qspider J Spider, 4 Achievers.
There training program cost around 15 to 30 k .
Now you have to develop skills inside you like data analysing go with some famous youtubers who actually cracked different interviews being from different backgrounds.
Like some changes to Data analyst or Some change to Software testing.
Now try get to know what actually being as a analyst you have to do what all those skills such as python SQL power BI Tablue you have to learn , self learning is best, try making your resume to be more soundings.
Apply to Naukri, LinkedIn and all the other platforms. And the classes will help you in taking the interview and yes you can Achieve your Dream Job in IT.
