He is a certified 500 Hour TTC from Rishikesh, India and has been working for the last 4 plus years in all these domains and Manu was introduced to yoga early in his school life. He had yoga in his school curriculum from sixth standard to ninth standard. After that he did yoga in a constructive way. He has done Certificate course in yoga from Rishikesh, India .His approach of therapy is from YOGA VIDYA MANDIRAM as he believes in the uniqueness and capacity of every individual's mind & body. Manu is working as a Personal Yoga Trainer for past few years and had attended many Yoga festival in Rishikesh He uses Yoga Therapy to treat various stresses like: - Obesity, Asthma & other Bronchial problems, Blood pressure, Concentration, Insomnia, Frozen joints, Spondylitis, Arthritis, Physical & Mental Stress etc. His style of therapy is a combination of YOGA ASANAS, YOGIC KRIYAS, PRANAYAM, MEDITATION, CHANTING AND NATUROPATHY.
