"I also enrolled myself for HR Generalist course.I would say I too had a very pathetic experience. I wanted to share out my obnoxious experience about one of the leading institutes which provides training in HR. Its none... other than CROMA institute at noida.When they need students they will make several attempts to reach you so that one can enrol with them for the course. They charge hefty fees from the candidates and make false promises, that they will assist the candidates in getting placed. I also got trapped in their promise which they made to me before getting enrolled. There is a girl named Shipra who with her melliflous voice ,gives her best to convince you. I was also cajoled by her and took admission for HR GENERALIST course. Its been more than five months since I enrolled for the course.only one mail I have received so far for the job. Accordingly i shared my bio data for the job to Ms kirti who is the owner and she is so unprofessional that she is not bothered to respond me whether my profile has been shortlisted or not. After awaiting for more than one month I had called her and i came to knw that my profile was rejected because I did not have that much of experience. On this I asked her then they should have mentioned it in their JD. On this she was silent. I also said her that in that case I will never get an opportunity from their side for the interview. It's been a long time since I enrolled. I even asked them that they should have given. " more
