No, it's a rule, you need first to complete your graduation in fine art. then you are eligible for taking admission in master. I want to clear one more thing; if you do any diploma in fine arts; then still you need to do a bachelor from proper colleges of fine arts. It would help if you had an appropriate degree of fine arts; later you can try for master after completing a bachelor in any specialization of fine arts.
