Instead of learning directly programming language first you have to learn designing Algorithm and Tracing it, Why because you are from core branch (EEE) . Most of the students they are facing the problem with this Algorithm. Once you are able to design an Algorithm it is very esy to implement in any programming language like C, C++, JAVA. TO design an Algoritjhm and trace it you have to learn PPT(Programming Practice Techniques)
